Mindfulness is a practice that has been around for thousands of years. Mindfulness is not a religion it is a form of meditation that helps you achieve a state of focus, relaxation, which allows you to deliberately pay attention to your thoughts without judgement.
Practicing Mindfulness allows the mind to focus on the present moment. The only thing that you have is the present moment, the past is gone, and the future is not here. So by choosing to live mindfully you will see your life become less stressful and more carefree.
