I went vegan in September 2016. I decided to go vegan for multiple reasons but the main reason is because I decided I didn't want to eat animals anymore. I always get asked the question what do you eat? It funny how people only think I eat salads. I find humor in comments from people when they find out I'm vegan and quite frankly it doesn't bother me anymore. I know that what I am doing might not be for everyone but for those who are interested I created a free meal plan below. These ideas can be found on Pinterest and easily Googled on the web. I created a meal plan that is plant base for those who may be interested in transitioning to a plant base diet. Veganism is a diet that does not include animal products. Products such as honey, dairy, meat, and various food products that may contain ingredients from an animal. I also use plant base soaps, hair products, beauty product, etc. If you are interested in becoming a vegan or want to try the vegan diet out please let me know.
