However, now, several enterprising businesspeople have started preparing products from the acai berry that have a high state of preservation.
This includes freeze-dried powders, pulps, juices and so on. In most cases, acai is mixed with other healthful berries in these products so as to enhance their value. If you are living outside Brazil, then the best way to get acai is through the Internet. Products are shipped to various destinations around the globe by these companies. Recently, several stores have started stocking acai products as well. Costs of these products differ. Most of them are priced between $30 and $40 for a month’s supply.

Açaí Peanut Butter Energy Bites
1/2 tbsp Sambazon Açaí Powder
1 tbsp Cacao Nibs or Vegan Chocolate chips
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Peanut Butter (option to substitute for desirable nut butter)
1 tbsp Raw Agave Syrup
Option: Roll balls in shredded coconut, granola of choice, or cacao powder
Add all ingredients to bowl and combine acai, cacao nibs or chocolate chips, peanut butter and agave. Stir until it creates a paste. Put in the fridge to get hard for at least an hour. Scoop into tablespoon size balls, rolling them between your hands to make even. Fill a bowl with coconut shavings, granola pieces, cacao powder. Roll the balls in your mix so they’re coated. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy
