Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Loaf
For breakfast I like to switch up my routine. Some days I want a smoothie or oatmeal with fruit, then other days I like to get creative and prepare a feast. No matter how long I spend in the kitchen preparing a meal, I always eat breakfast. I eat breakfast every morning because it helps energize my day.
I also exercise in the morning, and breakfast is what helps replenish my system from the calories I burnt during exercising.
