Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza

This weekend I decided to make Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza for dinner. I have made Buffalo cauliflower but never had them on pizza. This pizza was so delicious that I didn’t want to share with my family.


The best part of about being a vegan is that you get to creative new ways of eating vegetables. Never have I ever had buffalo cauliflower wings before going vegan. I have discovered so many recipes just by practicing this lifestyle. People often ask me what do I eat and sometimes I am lost with words because I rather show you then tell you.

Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza 8 Slices

1 Head of Cauliflower (removed florets)

1 Pack of Refrigerated Vegan Pizza Dough from Trader Joe’s

Fresh Arugula


Wet Mixture

2/3 Cup Full Fat Can Coconut Milk (Wholefoods brand)

2 tbsp. Vegan Friendly Buffalo Sauce

( I used Moore’s Marinades and Sauces)

Dry Mixture

3/4 Cup Corn Starch

1/4 Cup Corn Meal


Ranch

1/2 Cup Plant-Based Vegan Mayo (I used Follow Your Heart)

2 tbsp. Plain Coconut Yogurt (I used Oui)

1 tsp White Wine Vinegar

1.5 tsp Fresh Chives

1.5 tsp Fresh Dill

1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Agave

1/4 tsp Pepper

Buffalo Sauce

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce ( I used Moore’s Marinades and Sauces)

1 tbsp. Coconut Sugar

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Vegan Cheese Sauce

1/2 Cup Cashews (pre soaked in warm water for 2 hours)

1 Cup Room Temperature Water

1 tsp Brown Rice Flour

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

3/4 tsp Sat
