I love giving fitness advice. So many people ask me about my workouts and what I do to stay in shape. I know I might make it look easy but trust me it gets hard. I have came a long way in my fitness journey and now I want to help others reach their goals.

Mostly women ask me for advice. I occasionally have a few men ask me about fitness. In this generation people are so busy and don't have time to go to the gym or don't want to spend hours in the gym. Making simple changes to your life doesn't require working out for hours unless you want to become a fitness model or something. If you are only looking to be in shape and healthy all it takes is incorporating physical fitness in your everyday life.

Since most people can't make it to the gym everyday I decided to create a simple workout you can do from home. I like to switch my workouts up. Sometimes I go the gym but when my children are at home its easier to stay home and workout. Check out this simple leg workout I created no equipment needed. All you need is a mat, yourself, and a timer (hint *your cell phone). The workout can be completed in under 20 minutes leaving you time to enjoy the rest of your day.
