Creamy Lemon Hummus

Hummus is a traditional Middle East recipe. It's popular in multiple places around the world due to its versatility. When I first tried hummus it was love at first bite. The first bite lead to more bites which eventually sparked my interest to create my own. Most traditional hummus are made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Now you can find all types of variations, including sundried tomato, hummus desserts, beet hummus, and the list is endless.

I created this creamy lemon hummus that's perfect to add to your favorite grain bowls, toast, and wraps. This recipe does not include tahini so feel free to add some if you like. If you prefer the video of this recipe check out my Tiktok.
