Fruit Salad

Serve 10-12


2.5 Pounds Strawberries

1 Cup Raspberries

1 Pound Blackberries

2 Fiji Apples

1 Lime

4 Mangoes


Wash, drain, and pat dry fruits. Slice mangoes and apples into small pieces, add to large bowl. Slice strawberries into quarter pieces, removing the leaves before adding to bowl. Add berries to bowl. Squeeze the juice from one lime on the fruits and mix together, coating. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days. This salad is perfect for a snack or breakfast.
