Jumbo Peanut Butter Cups

These peanut butter cups are excellent for Valentine. What I like about making recipes like this, is that they can also be given to someone as a gift. So, if you do not have a gifts for your special one, this recipe takes less than 10 minutes. Its easy to make and delicious. Find a beautiful box, get some parchment paper, and lay the peanut butter cups in the box. Wrap the box with a bow, and now you have a cute Valentine gift for your special someone.

Jumbo Peanut Butter Chocolate cups

Makes 5 Jumbo Cups


Peanut Butter Filling

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 c maple syrup


1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp coconut oil


Prep: Add five cupcake liners to a standard cupcake tray.

Add ingredients for peanut butter filling to bowl, mix together, and set aside until after chocolate is finish cooking.

Heat a small sauce pan on medium heat, melt coconut oil, then add the chocolate chips to pan with the oil, mix together with a spatula. This process should take less than five minutes. *Note: Chocolate burns easily, so stir quickly and remove from heat once chocolate is fully melted.

Now its time to layer the peanut butter cups. Add 2 tsp of chocolate to the bottom of each cupcake liner then add 2 Tbsp of peanut butter, drizzle on top chocolate 3 tsp of the chocolate. *Optional to sprinkle crushed nuts on top or sea salt

Place cupcake tray in refrigerator. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate set. Once chocolate is set, remove from cupcake liners, and enjoy.

Store in air tight container in fridge.
