No Bake Energy Balls



No Bake Cashew Chocolate Energy Balls

Makes 20 - 24 Balls

Ingredients

1 Cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats

1/2 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseeds (option to grind seeds if do not have ground flaxseeds)

1/2 Cup Cashew Butter or plant-based nut butter of choice

1/8 Cup Agave or Maple Syrup

3 Tbsp. Chia seeds

1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder *option to substitute for vegan chocolate protein powder

Directions:

Measure ingredients and add to medium mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to mix together until a dough begins to form. Cover mixture and refrigerate for one hour. Remove from fridge and scoop the mixture out with a spoon and use your hands to roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into snack-sized balls.


Mixture should make 20 - 24 balls. Place the balls in freezer in a freezer safe container for one hour before serving.


Shelf life: Store airtight container in refrigerator up to five days. Option to store in freezer for one month.
