Tropical Chia Pudding

Tropical Chia Pudding

Serving 4


4 Cups Frozen or Fresh Pineapple

8 Tbsp Chia Seeds

3 Kiwi (skin removed and sliced)

2 Navel Oranges (Peel skin and slice)

2 Cups Blueberries

2 Mango (Peel skin and slice into cubed)

2 Cups Raspberries


16 Ounce Glass Jars (4ct)


Blend Fresh pineapple and divide between four jars. Add two tablespoons of chia seeds to each jar and mix together. Allow this to sit for at least 30 minutes in fridge before adding toppings.

Wash and dry fresh fruit. Slice mango, kiwi, and navel oranges and add to jar starting with mango. Divide remaining fruit and add to each jar. Add extra if needed.
