Vegan 7 Layer Bean Dip




Vegan 7 Layer Dip

Serve 6-8

Ingredients

1 Container of Vegan Forager Sour Cream

1 Container of Store Bought Chunky Guacamole

1 Can of Olives

1 Roma Tomato

1/2 c Pico De Gallo Recipe

Daiya Vegan Cheese Cheddar

1 Can Vegan Refried Beans

Option to top with Black Beans, Corn, and Pickled jalapeño

Pico De Gallo

1/4 c Cilantro, fresh

1 Garlic clove

1 Jalapeno

1 Lime, juice of

1/2 c Red onion

5 Roma tomatoes

Directions:

Make Pico De Gallo by chopping up tomatoes and red onion in big pieces then add to food processor with remaining ingredients. Pulse a few times until you have the consistency you want.

Layer Bean Dip in Large Glass Bowl Starting with One Can of vegan refried beans

Add Guacamole 1 Cup

Add 1/2 c of Pico De Gallo

Add 1/2-1 c of Sour Cream

Add Daiya Cheddar cheese Sprinkle evenly on top

Top with olives and Pico De Gallo

Enjoy

This recipe is excellent as a shareable party item or for hanging with family and friends.
