Vegan Potato Fritters

I love potatoes! They are excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I decided to create this simple potato fritter that is excellent for anytime of the day. Add fresh vegetables or your favorite vegan meat substitute and top with your favorite sauce. This recipe only took me thirty minutes to prepare including prep time. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Vegan Potato fritters

Makes 10-12 Fritters

Ingredients

3lbs potatoes

1 Yellow Onion

2 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1/2 tsp Smoke Paprika

1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

6 tbsp. Brown Rice Flour
