Vegan Tikka Masala

When I am short on time, I often looks for ways to make cooking quicker. Sometimes I use marinades and sauces that are ready made to shorten cook time. Wholefoods features a variety of sauces and marinades with flavors from countries all over the world. I recently found the brand Brooklyn Delhi they make a Tikka Masala Indian simmer sauce. This sauce is packed with all the ingredients you need to make a Tikka Masala recipe. I decided to try this simmer sauce to make Vegan Tikka Masala for dinner.


I chose to use tofu for my recipe, feel free to substitute with chickpeas, your favorite meat substitute, or vegetables.
