- 8 cups ripe seedless watermelon cubed (medium size watermelon)

- water optional *(this will help thin the mixture)

- high-speed blender

- mesh strainer optional

- glass bottle (mason jar)

- mixing bowl


Place watermelon in high power blender, I used the Ninja Professional 1500 blender. Blend watermelon well and then pour in glass jars. I used two 32ouce mason jars. This is good in the refrigerator for up to five days. If you want to strain the juice to remove excess watermelon, after blending ingredients, use a mesh strainer placed over a big bowl, and pour the mixer into strainer, allowing the bowl to catch the juice from the watermelon. Use a rubber spatula to help squeeze excess juice from the watermelon then store in fridge in glass bottles.
